Photograph the meet program, and this tool finds your swimmers on every page — their events, heats, lanes, and seed times — then builds one clean image you can share.
Enter each name the way it appears on the heat sheet. Only one field is needed: a last name on its own finds every swimmer with that name, grouped by swimmer after the scan — so you can ignore namesakes and keep siblings together. The list is saved on this device for next time.
Enter a last name, a first name, or both.
No swimmers yet — add at least one to get started.
Take or pick a photo of each page of the meet program. Straight-on, well-lit photos read best. You can add pages in batches.
Reading happens on this device and can take a little while per page.
If you have the meet's timeline PDF — the HY-TEK “Session Report” posted with the meet documents — add it here and each event gets its estimated start time. It's read on this device, just like the photos, and never uploaded. Add it before or after reading the heat sheets.
Photos of paper aren't perfect, so give everything a once-over. Fix any field, delete anything that isn't right, and add entries the scan missed. Entries marked “check this one” matched a similar-looking name. Swimmers are grouped by the name printed on the sheet — if a whole group isn't one of yours, tap Ignore this swimmer to drop it. If you added a meet timeline, each matched event also shows its Est. start — edit or clear it the same way if a match looks wrong.
